The purpose of Leader Mundial is to help position leaders and organizations for greater global impact.

Started in 2006, Leader Mundial provides 4 things through the annual Global Leadership Summit:
- Strategic Training
- Quality Resources
- Community and Relationship
- Coaching and Mentoring

The Summit brings together Leaders from around the world, connecting them with Partners, and together forming a COMMUNITY.

In July of 2010, Leader Mundial merged with Extreme Response International, and continues to provide this leadership community to leaders in the Extreme Response Network.
